Hello. My name is Sherri. I am a registered dietitian with over 20 years of experience. I will work with you every step of the way to help you reach your health goals. I blend medical nutrition therapy and culinary nutrition to help people develop a healthy relationship with food. This recipe sets me apart from non-medically trained nutritionists and wellness coaches.

When you have a medical diagnosis or multiple medical diagnoses, it’s important to consult with a licensed trained dietitian who can evaluate and combine many diets, if necessary, and provide an individualized plan. An example of this might be someone with diabetes, acid reflux, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and kidney disease. Another example is someone with irritable bowel syndrome and food allergies. The more health issues, the more complex a nutrition plan will be to design. You deserve to feel your best. I am here to help!

GASTROINTESTINAL DISEASE -

Specializing in successfully treating inflammatory bowel disease, SIBO, and related conditions that cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, and endometriosis. I am a Monash University trained provider in the low FODMAP diet and have helped many of my clients improve or resolve their GI symptoms.

Type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes. Specializing in:

CULINARY NUTRITION CLASSES

Customized virtual culinary nutrition cooking classes for individuals, small or large groups.

Classes are 2 hours in length and include recipes and handouts, and typically 3 - 5 recipes.
